Founded in 2016, Han Capital Partners is a Seattle-based private investment office focused on commercial real estate, equities, fixed income, and select seed- and early-stage investments.We invest exclusively our own capital and do not seek outside investors.

OUR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS

Our focus is primarily on single- and multi-tenant retail properties, while selectively evaluating opportunities in other asset classes, including multifamily and office assets.We favor value-add opportunities and have experience with build-to-suit developments and ground-lease transactions for select tenants. We also consider LP investments alongside experienced real estate sponsors.Our real estate investments are concentrated in the Pacific Northwest, although we consider opportunities in other markets on a case-by-case basis.

Eugene Han

PRINCIPAL

Eugene Han is the Principal of Han Capital Partners, where he oversees investments, with a particular focus on real estate acquisitions and asset management.Prior to Han Capital Partners, Han worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, holding roles in debt capital markets, equity capital markets, and equity syndicate. His experience with the firm spanned New York, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.Han is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Born and raised in Seattle, he divides his time between the Pacific Northwest and Asia.
